Transaction Oracle
From Wiki Gonzalez
The Transaction Oracle is Dan Szymborski, who analyzes baseball transactions with the help of the ZiPS system, then oraculates on a section of Baseball Think Factory.
The Oracle's section was modeled on the "Transaction Analysis" series of sharply opinionated, sometimes snarky articles written by Chris Kahrl for Baseball Prospectus. Rest assured, especially when it comes to Tony Womack and Orioles transactions, the Oracle can snark with the best of them.
The Transaction Oracle tends to disappear for moderate periods of time from BBTF. Nobody is sure what he does during those vacations.
