A former Neyer Boarder who spoke multiple times on the theory of The One True Beane (the coming of Mabry will give them the pennant) before Oakland crapped out in the playoffs.

He's a lawyer and apparently had some involvement in the Bhopal court proceedings.

In January 2005 he turned 50 years old.
