Rugby is a game invented by William Webb Willis back in the day. He was annoyed with football (I believe you call it soccer!), and decided to pick up the ball and run.

The sport has two flavors, Rugby League and Rugby Union, with slightly differing rules.

Rugby Union has a World Cup every four years, with England the current champions.

It is a fascinating game for some, and quite boring for others. BTF has a small cult rugby following, with namely Flynn, Phil Coorey and Dave bell. fra paolo was a devoted rugby union fan for over fifteen years, cheering for the French national team every time the annual Five Nations tournament came round, until the game went professional after the 1995 World Cup.

September 4 will be remembered for Phil Coorey's final game of rugby, after a career that began in 1986. He is still putting the pieces of his knee together. Flynn still plays in the USA, hoping to be the next Joe Van Niekirk. Dave bell has never actually played, but attends ridiculous amounts of both University and Super 12 games each year.
