Rowing Girl
From Wiki Gonzalez
In the September 23, 2004 Primer Lounge (http://www.baseballthinkfactory.org/files/primer/blogpen_discussion/primer_lounge_thursday_september_23rd_2004/), runningbyrd linked to a picture of himself (http://www.baseballthinkfactory.org/files/primer/blogpen_discussion/primer_lounge_thursday_september_23rd_2004/P600/#8) in a rotating banner (http://www.macalester.edu/admissions/flash/05.swf) on Macalester College's Admissions webpage. The rotating banner also included an image of a young woman rowing.
Dan Werr responded (http://www.baseballthinkfactory.org/files/primer/blogpen_discussion/primer_lounge_thursday_september_23rd_2004/P600/#19):
1. Why are those people on that admissions page balancing something on that head?
2. Can you introduce me to that rowing girl?
This led to a discussion of the attractiveness of the Rowing Girl as compared to people runningbyrd knew from Macalester College. The three women being compared were dubbed Girls A, B, and C (http://www.baseballthinkfactory.org/files/primer/blogpen_discussion/primer_lounge_thursday_september_23rd_2004/P700/#51). Rowing Girl was Girl B. Girl A was the most attractive.
Rowing Girl is primarily referred to as a romantic interest for Dan Werr, though she was also a fixture during the 2004 IRC Playoff Chats, and she even has her own BTF account. (http://www.baseballthinkfactory.org/files/member/2704/)
