Poutine

Poutine is a Canadian snack food consisting of cheese curds and/or gravy on top of french fries.

The food is popular in Quebec and other French-speaking provinces and was served at Expos games alongside more traditional baseball fare.

The day of the Phillies' last game in Montreal, HCO ate some poutine at La Belle Province. He hopes his stomach will recover soon.
