Note how the sewer lines from the three lots to the west of penguinmobile's lot join together underneath penguinmobile's backyard. Lord help us all if anything ever goes wrong. Also of interest is the two laterals shown exiting from penguinmobile's house. What the heck is up with that? There's only one that he knows about. It's all very frightening.

(Update: the mobile family has sold the old homestead and moved just down the street. As of this posting, they have not been sued by the new owners.)

(Update addendum: Due to the disallowing of image uploads, I can't put the side sewer card up that shows both my old home and my new home, but believe me, the side sewer improvement is very tangible.)

penguinmobile is the originator of the primer-joke about how detectives believe alcohol was involved, as well as the coiner of the word handstakingly. Aside from those two insignificant accomplishments, he's all noise, no signal. Plus a story about racoons, which may fit in either, or none, of those two categories.

Since being hired into his current job in late 2004, penguinmobile has spent less and less time posting to BBTF. Since the Mariners have been so damn depressing during this same period, he hasn't been watching that much baseball either. It is therefore not surprising that it was work, not baseball, that took him to New York City during the 2006 playoffs, leading to his mother calling him on his cell phone during a conference session because she wanted to make sure that Cory Lidle's plane hadn't fallen on him.
