Sabermetricians debate feverishly who is the best player in Mets history. However, there is little disagreement over who is the worst. His name is Kazuo Matsui (2004-2006), and he sucks.

The reasons why he sucks are many and, to be truthful, have been widely catalogued in the annals of Met history. So, with your indulgence, I'd like to focus instead on the intensity of his sucking.

Kaz Matsui is a worthless piece of shit. (Forget) him. His play is a taint, not just in the sense of a "stain on the game of baseball," but literally a taint - the anatomical area between the anus and the testicles.

I hate Kaz Matsui.
