Devil Rays fan in the Tampa Bay area, currently a writer at RaysBaseball.com, and formerly at DRays Bay and before that the now defunct Z-Rays blog. He is a frequent poster at RaysBaseball.com and the Scout.com Rays board (as ZTigerX). He can sometimes be seen in Game Chatter for Rays games against the Red Sox and Yankees.

Jim is no longer the only known Rays-affiliated Primate with the emergence of Brian Jonestown Massacre, deJesusFreak, and Raysfan. He was once suspected of being a creation of Devil Rays management.
