Handstakingly
From Wiki Gonzalez
"Handstakingly" was the result of typographical error in editing a post, when penguinmobile was trying to choose between the words "handcrafted" and "painstakingly" and managed to cut sections of both words, resulting in the unwitting neologism "handstakingly." Someone Googled the word and discovered that it had been coined at least once before, on the Primo Violins by Jinyin (http://www.primoviolins.com/ViolinTour.htm) page. The context of that use is as follows: "With exactness the purfling is handstakingly fit into the groove."
In current BTF usage, it can mean "painfully", "painstakingly" or "very", as in "handstakingly hilaripus".
penguinmobile's typo was made September 17, 2004 (http://www.baseballthinkfactory.org/files/primer/blogpen_discussion/primer_lounge_friday_september_17th_2004/P200/):
They [the WSJ] do have pictures, but they are handstakingly produced by pen and ink pointillism. No digital shortcuts are allowed. It's insane, but they are traditionalists in this regard.
