Hanging Chad Ogea, or HCO, is a Phillies fan in Brooklyn, New York. His main interests on BTF are the Primer Lounge, flamewars on the Blogs (for one of which he coined the name "OMG teh steriods volume XXVII"), and occasional Phillies Game Chatters.

HCO is not a BTF editor but is the administrator of this wiki and controls BTF's IRC channel to prevent a repeat of the hostile takeover it suffered in October of 2003.

At several Primer meetups, HCO has distributed Chad Ogea baseball cards to Primates. He also once witnessed the New York Giants kill a man (http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?sec=health&res=9C04E6DA163CF930A35751C1A9669C8B63).
