Admiral Ackbar
From Wiki Gonzalez
Admiral Ackbar is a fish-headed leader of the Rebel Alliance force in Star Wars, famous for one phrase: "It's a trap!" which became the catchphrase of one of Primer's longer-lived trolls.
The Ackbar character is thought to have been imported from the FARK site, and found much use on Baseball Primer before registration was required.
The original Ackbar was Rauseo, but only the first time. Many people took a turn as the Admiral back in the day.
Sometimes misspelled "Akbar" from confusion with Matt Groening's Akbar (as in Jeff & ...).
In the 2003 postseason, Ackbar made his TV debut in a series of video-game commercials that ran during the baseball postseason on the Fox Network. Two monumental collapses during that postseason (NLCS Game 6 -- the Steve Bartman game, ALCS Game 7 -- the Aaron Boone game) were preceded by showings of these commercials.
Based on this evidence, it has been speculated that an in-game appearance by Ackbar portends soul-shattering doom for one of the teams playing -- i.e. that Ackbar's appearance is, in itself, a trap.

Some people hold the belief that Admiral Ackbar is a sanitized version of Cthulhu which is being used as propaganda, similar to the film "ET" and the television program "V" which paved the way for the eventual emergence of grey, reptilian aliens.
In the event his efforts to drive mad and devour the entire human population of the Earth prove unsuccessful, Cthulhu maintains his own Presidential Campaign website (http://www.cthulhu.org/). No link with Admiral Ackbar's campaign has been discovered.
